Terms of Service

These Terms apply to the Huddle MVP test service.

1. Service description

Huddle is a Korea life concierge support service for foreigners. Users can submit requests for coordination, booking support, vendor/helper connection, professional connection, and related assistance.

2. MVP status

Huddle is currently in MVP testing. Features, pricing, scope, and availability may change.

3. No account required

Users may submit requests without creating an account. Users must provide a valid contact method so Huddle can respond.

4. Request review

Submitting a request does not guarantee that Huddle can handle it. Huddle may refuse requests that are illegal, unsafe, abusive, unclear, outside scope, or inappropriate.

5. Estimates and confirmation

If payment is needed, Huddle will send an estimate first. Huddle does not start paid work or confirm vendors/helpers/professionals before user confirmation.

6. Manual payment

During MVP testing, payment is handled manually. Available payment methods may include Korean bank transfer, KakaoPay, Toss, PayPal, or Wise.

7. Vendor and professional services

Some requests may be performed by third-party vendors, helpers, or professionals. Huddle may coordinate the request, but third parties are responsible for their own work, availability, pricing, and quality unless otherwise agreed.

8. User responsibility

Users must provide accurate information. If wrong or incomplete information causes delays, extra fees, cancellation fees, or failure, the user may be responsible.

9. Prohibited use

Users must not use Huddle for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe requests.

10. Changes

Huddle may update these terms as the service develops.
