3. Estimate is sent first
If payment is needed, Huddle sends a clear estimate before starting.

4. You confirm
We do not book vendors or start paid work before you confirm.
5. Manual payment for MVP
For now, payment is handled manually.

6. Work begins after confirmation
After payment is confirmed, Huddle starts coordination.
7. Completion
After the service is completed, Huddle confirms with you and records the result.
Current MVP pricing guide
During MVP testing: Simple help — Free. Small coordination — 5,000 KRW / $5. Vendor/helper coordination — 10,000 KRW / $10. Vendor or professional costs are separate. Pricing may change after MVP testing as the service becomes more structured.
USD prices may include payment processing and currency conversion costs.
If payment is needed, Huddle always sends an estimate first. Huddle only proceeds after you confirm.

Cancellation policy
- If you cancel before a vendor or professional is confirmed, no vendor cancellation fee applies.
- If a vendor or professional has already been booked, cancellation fees may apply.
- If the issue is caused by Huddle, Huddle may refund or waive the service fee.
