Refund / Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to MVP-stage manual payments.
1. Before confirmation
If the user cancels before Huddle confirms a vendor, helper, or professional, no vendor cancellation fee applies.
2. After confirmation
If a vendor, helper, or professional has already been confirmed, cancellation fees may apply.
3. Manual payment
During MVP testing, payment is handled manually. Refunds are also handled manually.
4. Huddle service fee
If Huddle has already performed coordination work, the Huddle service fee may not be fully refundable.
5. Vendor or professional cost
Vendor or professional fees follow the vendor/professional's own cancellation and refund rules.
6. Huddle-caused issue
If the issue is caused by Huddle, Huddle may refund or waive the service fee.
7. No-show or incorrect information
If the user provides incorrect information or is unavailable at the agreed time, additional fees or cancellation fees may apply.
