This Privacy Policy explains how Huddle collects and uses information during MVP testing.
1. Information we collect
Huddle may collect: - name or nickname - contact method - contact ID, phone number, email, KakaoTalk ID, WhatsApp ID, Instagram ID, or similar contact information - area or district - request text - selected photo file name - language - page path - user agent - submitted time - request ID - quote status and approval/decline status - payment status for manual payment tracking Huddle does not currently upload or store actual photo files unless this is explicitly added later. Local photo preview may be shown in the browser.
2. Purpose of use
Huddle uses this information to: - receive and review requests - contact users about their requests - prepare estimates - coordinate vendors, helpers, or professionals - send request and quote notifications to Huddle's internal Discord workspace - manage request status - improve the MVP service - prevent abuse or unsafe use
3. Internal tools
During MVP testing, Huddle may use third-party tools such as Firebase Firestore, Discord, Notion, PayPal, Wise, KakaoPay, Toss, or email to operate the service.
4. Sharing with vendors or professionals
If a request requires a vendor, helper, or professional, Huddle may share only the information necessary to check availability, prepare an estimate, coordinate service, or complete the request.
5. Retention
Huddle keeps request records only as long as needed for request handling, service improvement, dispute prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
6. Deletion request
Users can request deletion of their information by emailing: huddle.help.kr@gmail.com
7. Security
Huddle tries to manage information carefully, but this is an MVP test service and may not yet have full production-level security.
